Ms. Moss has been in practice for over 22 years and has extensive experience in civil trial and litigation in Florida state and Federal courts. Her diverse commercial litigation background includes intellectual property, cyber law, products liability, personal injury and insurance coverage.
Ms. Moss’s practice is focused on intellectual property. Ms. Moss has experience with claims involving copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement, internet trespass, defamation, data breaches and civil liability for online content. Ms. Moss also has extensive experience filing trademark and copyright applications. Ms. Moss’s computer and internet law practice includes the preparation of website terms of use, privacy policies, End User License Agreements (EULAs), computer/internet usage policies and Internet sales terms and conditions for commercial websites.
Ms. Moss ‘s products liability background includes pharmaceutical, heavy machinery and premises liability litigation. Ms. Moss also has extensive experience defending against claims based on junk faxes brought pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Ms. Moss obtained her Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1995 and spent 5 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. Ms. Moss obtained her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2003.
Ms. Moss is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit as well as all state and Federal Courts in Florida.
Ms. Moss is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, The Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, and The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. Ms. Moss was recognized as a Florida Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers in 2010-2011 and as a Florida Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law in 2023-2025.
